4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timeframes:
- Local (Malaysia): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
International shipping is available to USA, Indonesia, Singapore, China, other SEA countries, and Europe.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges are the customer's responsibility.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information provided by customers.
